Frequently Asked Questions

During your time on the Sauder Woodworking Apparel store, you may run into a few questions. Below are some commonly answered questions.

Question #1 - How long will it take for my item to arrive?

It may take up to 4 weeks for your item to go through the embroidery process, ship out, and arrive to your location. This is obviously being generous, and most items will arrive within 15 days.


Question #2 - How can I tell if products run large or small?

Every product has a link below the description that says, “Click Here for Size Guide”. That will open a PDF document showing the exact measurements of every size offered in that shirt.


Question #3 - Can I return an item?

Due to the item being embroidered, all items are non-refundable. Obviously if there is a mistake by Spry, Inc. (a different size, product, or logo arrived than ordered), we will correct the mistake at no charge to you. Please click on the link to submit that inquiry Spry Online Support


Question #4 - Who should I contact if I have any questions about my order?

Question #5 - Where will my package be shipped?

All items either ship directly to the Archbold Outlet Store or the Jurupa Valley location. Sauder will pick up the shipping costs.
